From the moment we showed up at 7:30 a.m. for a "that day's" reservation and were promptly given a room...to storing our bags at checkout, coming back later that afternoon and being asked if we would like to freshen up while they got us a cab...our experience was super. The Bryant Park Hotel was great. Awesome location, cool rooms, fun bar and sushi restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I've been to NYC five times in the past four years. Stayed at a different place each time. Absolutely would return. This has become my favorite NYC hotel.

The Bryant Park Hotel was a great find. It overlooks Bryant Park and is just blocks away from everything you'd want to see in NYC - The Theater District, 5th Ave, Times Square... Great value, courteous staff, safe, convenient neighborhood, clean rooms. The bathroom had the best shower! Koi Restaraunt is downstairs, decent food... a little pricey. I'll definitely stay there again.

Why stay anywhere else when you can enjoy the perfection of the Bryant Park Hotel? It's swanky and cool with zero attitude. It's a place to "see and be seen" so don't miss the celebs that are walking in with you at check-in! They even had my favorite restaurant in LA, KOI...you can't get better than that! Sip fabulous ...

Dislike, the check-in lady said she would call us right when a room come, but she didnt, so we came back and asked someone else and in less than a few seconds he got us a room, but that was not a big deal

Liked: Everything!, YOu dont have to carry your luggage anywhere on the property. The service is great!! they are super nice, THE MAID COMES ...

I didnt have any dislikes about this hotel. it was beautiful, the personnell were very courteous, the rooms were nice...the entire place was wonderful! the miniature refrigerators, the room service, the view when you look out the windows...it was a beautiful scenery. i would reccommend this hotel over any others in NYC because of its features.

The Bryant Park Hotel is a first class establishment. I was fortunate enough to have a corner room overlooking the park and the view was spectacular. Add cashmere blankets and an oversized tub & shower to the mix and you have a week of indulgent luxury. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to live like Royalty on their get away.

What a gem of a find. Behind a Neo Gothic classical and traditional facade awaits a very contemporary and attention to detail private environment. The rooms are well appointed with a bathroom, bed and furniture one only views in Interior magazines that tweak and evoke the fantasies of of your 5 senses. Great hotel. Will stay there every time. Rooms are comfortable and decent sized for NYC. Staff is outstanding. Very helpful. Great concierge services. Restaurant was not open at the time, but it promises to be good. Cellar Bar was a grat place to come back to after a night on the town. In fact, it was a better lounge than many of the so-called hotspots. Great DJ. Shower in room was awesome. I recommend highly.
