Worst Hotel EverWorst Hotel Ever!! Staff was not friendly at all. Location very bad. No wireless in rooms, only in the lobby. No self parking only valet which is $18 a night. Only place to stayWe stay here every time we drop our children off at SMU and all other school events. It is extremely clean and the staff makes you feel like you are staying in a luxurious resort instead of a hotel in the middle of a city. Best hotel in DallasI used to stay here frequently for business, but since the prices are more than $220 from time to time, my company forces me into lesser hotels in the area. Break the bank!The hotel was nice, I'll give you that, but the price and the hidden costs are outrageous. It is $18 valet parking overnight and breakfast was $10 per person. They even charge for internet access in the rooms. I have stayed in much nicer hotels for less, I just don't think this Hilton was worth the price.OVERALL

OK for a HiltonFairly new looking physical plant and staff wa svery obliging. Romm was decent size and bathroom clean. Free coffee in the lobby and superfast valet parking. Only complaint was that they closed the Opio Restaurant twice and had us eat dinner in the bar but the food was great.You have found this review helpful.1 of 1 Yahoo! Wonderful ExperienceI had a wonderful experience! The people treat you like royalty. I felt pampered from the moment I walked through the door.
