Excellent customer service..it was my birthday and a friend had sent flowers to the room..so the staff wished me a happy birthday when I checked in, they had left a card and beverage for me in the room, and they really did a nice job of anticipating our needs.. We will definitely return to the MUSE! Cool robes too!

the rooms are huge,the staff is friendly and helpful..we have stayed there 3 yeras in a row and the staff even called us by name the last time we checked in...its our home away from home....A+++

We stayed for a two night 3 day NYC blitz with our two children, age 6 and 11. The Hotel was great location, we had a room with 2 double beds that fit us well. The ladies that work here are so snobby!
Give me a break. We are the reason you have a job! We were rumpled from flying on a plane all day, and they looked us up and down like we had the plague. Then- we cleaned up for dinner at Daniel, they must have thought we had money after all, and they treated us much better.

We just spent 4 nights at the Muse and we could not have been more pleased. The room, staff & location were excellent. After staying here I can't see staying with a large chain hotel ever again!

Visited NYC for a girls' weekend and had the most perfect stay. Loved everything about this hotel. Would definitely stay there again. The location to everything we wanted to do was perfect and the staff was really friendly. The wine hour was also a pleasant surprise and a nice addition to our stay.

As I said in the title. A great location
Just a block off of Broadway it was close
enough to walk to most of the theaters but
far off enough to not have the traffic
noise. My best friend and I stayed there
in October of '06. It was our first time
in NYC so we really wondered what we would
find. The sevice was great and the wine
tasting in the evening was an added treat.
Would stay again.
