The Muse was an excellent place to stay, from the staff to the room. The staff and service were great. They were both friendly and helpful. A Great Place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/09/05
Location, location, location. Whether its for shows or shopping. If you want to be in walking distance between Broadway and Fifth Ave. Great service, with friendly staff. Nice rooms with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever had in a hotel. I will stay there anytime I need to be in that area of NYC.

Cool, trendy hotel in Times Square!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/30/05
The Muse is a really neat boutique hotel, perfect for those who want something different, great accomodations, and would like to walk to Times Square or Broadway. I usually stay at the Waldorf or the Plaza, but this was a really nice change. The Muse is the younger, trendy, hip side of New York. The rooms are a little small, but excellent. I did not eat at the restaurant at the Muse, but the concierge was very helpful in recomendations.

The Muse is Exceptional

The staff was courteous and attentive, the hotel is extremely clean, loved the decor, all new interiors, great location, the bed was extraordinarily comfortable and there were so many other special touches that made our stay truly unforgettable. We highly recommend The Muse.
I have been to New York on business 4 times now, 3 of which I stayed at The Muse. The hotel is very nice but some of the rooms can be small, not to surprising in Times Square. The appointments of the hotel are top notch so your stay should be comfortable. Since it is not a tall building it can be a little noisy when the garbage trucks roll by ...
