This stay was a great experience. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the hotel was clean and the staff was so helpful. The front desk was not at all bothered with getting movie times and change for bills. The bell service was extremely helpful with bags, helping me with cab or car service, getting me where I needed to go. It's been a while since my stay, but to this day I rave about my stay there and the bell guy!

Really enjoyed my stay. Agree with many of the other reviews.

The hotel has the upscale/trendy appeal of a W or other business-y hotel. But the rooms are great, staff is friendly and helpful. A little pricey but certainly not unreasonable for it's quality and class.

Stayed at the muse 5 yrs ago and it was great not so today.

not very frendly and way over prised

Stayed here while attending a conference at the horrible Mariott Marquis. Loved the room size, which was good for NYC, and LOVED the huge King bed. Had some issues with noise (room was on 4th floor) so I asked for a humidifier, which did double-duty by alleviating the dryness and making white noise that covered up the street noise. Got a good rate, so I'd definately stay again!

The Muse was my first Times Square hotel I've ever stayed in. In a nutshell, the hotel was very well run and professional (from the expensive valet service to the hotel staff). The bathroom in our room was extremely nice. Not so much of a view from the room, but the location was very handy and within walking distance of all the Manhattan attractions. We will definately be back to The Muse.
