Very disappointed by this place. I expected a lot more and my expectations tend to be fairly low when visiting hotels. First the HS kid who checked me in forgot to see if my room key worked - it didn't. Walking back down to the front desk with all of my stuff is always annoying. Let us start with the bad customer service..
Answering the phone while trying to check me in, is terrible. Second, the room states non-smoking, but the smell of smoke and mold told me differently. Third, the bathroom looked cleaned, but the smell was very "pee" like. Had to hold my breathe when bathing. Fourth, the breakfast (included) was not worth sitting down to...enough said. Do yourself a favor, and stay at a motel 6.

The desk clerks were very helpful and friendly, both on the phone when I made the booking and when I was there.
The supposed hot breakfast buffet (when it arrived which was 2 hours later than promised) and consisted of rubbery scrambled eggs and overcooked bacon. This was not a "buffet" in my opinion. Luckily there is a Starbucks and McDonalds within walking distance.
