Very disappointed by this place. I expected a lot more and my expectations tend to be fairly low when visiting hotels. Let us start with the bad customer service.. Answering the phone while trying to check me in, is terrible. Second, the room states non-smoking, but the smell of smoke and mold told me differently. Third, the bathroom looked cleaned, but the smell was very "pee" like. Had to hold my breathe when bathing. Fourth, the breakfast (included) was not worth sitting down to...enough said. Do yourself a favor, and stay at a motel 6.

"Complimentary Hot Breakfast Buffet"???

The desk clerks were very helpful and friendly, both on the phone when I made the booking and when I was there. The supposed hot breakfast buffet (when it arrived which was 2 hours later than promised) and consisted of rubbery scrambled eggs and overcooked bacon. This was not a "buffet" in my opinion. Luckily there is a Starbucks and McDonalds within walking distance.

The people were very nice, and the service was good. Although when I called for directions I was given the wrong directions. The complimentary food was deplorable. The vegitables were rotten, literally, they had been refrigerated and reheated so many times that they were spoilt. The only thing that was edible that they served for both breakfast ...
