We had booked for 3 nights at this Residence Inn a tad nervously because of the very few (and mostly negative) reviews on this hotel. I am SO glad I did not cancel because it was absolutely beautiful! We loved it so much we stayed another night. We have stayed at other Residence Inn's in Florida where the decor and set up was top notch. ...

The rooms where clean and spacious, free breakfast was nice. Help at the desk was rude and unhelpful. I was charged for an extra night and the girl at the desk refused to take off the charge. After 5 days of calling customer service still there has been no resolution. So good hotel as long as you have no issues with management.
