Hostile Front Desk !

1. No clue to advance requests for handicap persons visiting.

2. No consideration for Advance Reservation - 3-4 months.

3. Requires "making noise" to get what is routine \ due consideration.

4. Forgot to send airport pickup

Overall it was a good experience to stay in Haathi Mahal.
Their restuarants,swimming pools,were good.

But they certainly have a scope of improvement:
Bath towels were changed only when we called them.
Rooms were not cleaned properly
Front Office Staff need more training.
The massage parlour was not up to the mark.

The service was excellent.The accomodition was also good .But the cost for staying for a week was a great blow.the location was far away from everthing.But overall it was great!there were many nice organised get to gethers.

superb place everything is so cheap,exel food in all resort.
safe for young children,take a torch so that you can be seen at night by cars/bikes etc.superb chemist 100 yards away,

Love this hotel normally spend 2 weeks up in the North Calangute where it is busy and lively then go to Haathi for a week to totally chill out by the pool every day but going there for 2 weeks next year then 2 weeks in Calangute can't wait - love Goa, love the people and culture 28 days of guaranteed sun - brill!!!!

Hotel service very good, Entrance to the hotel very pretty. Location is very good, 5 mins walk to local beach where there are a variety of shacks to test your taste buds. (Have not had a bad meal yet).Back to the hotel, a variety of different things going on throught the day. Evening look out for Edwardo the magician..... very clever. I will be visiting again in January 2006. That says it all.
