Only stayed 1 night (before a cruise) and everything was great! I called from the airport and someone was there quickly to pick us up. Very clean and the staff was super nice and willing to help. The service from all the employees was a show of real hopitality. Everyone was helpful with directions to the different events I was going to and the hotel itself was kept very clean and comfortable. I'm planning to visit Ft. Lauderdale in the winter and I'm returning to this hotel.

My husband and myself travel quite a bit and this was just the best hotel. The entire staff, front desk, housekeeping, shuttle, buffet were amazing. My room was spotless and the bed, pillows and comforter were amazing. Shopping mall next door was a great help with picking up water and snacks at the market for our room. I will stay here whenever I travel to Ft. Lauderdale which is twice a day. Internet was a plus for MapQuest.

What I liked the most about the hotel was the courteous and helpful staff. They were very pleasant and willing to assist you. The rooms were clean and spacious. The shower was excellent... It had a bench in it so that you could sit down, loved it. Location is not far from the airport or the beaches. Shopping center across the street, fast food nearby (next door). All around I had a very enjoyable stay. I recommend it highly.
