The lobby is attractive and the property generally is lovely with expansive lawns and spots perfect wedding receptions abound. What I disliked was being rerouted from the adjoining convention facilities due to receptions held in the hallways.

Ritz Carlton was great. Welcome amenities were very nice touch. Staff on the club level were awesome. My children didn't want to come home.

Love this place...the pool and outdoor spa area is to die for. Makes you feel like you are in the tropics. HUGE pool and mucho palm trees everywhere. The service was so good - I think I did not even think I had to dress myself each day! (kidding) Lots of Europeans on vacation here when I went. Lots of fun! BIG hotel. The JW right across the street is much bigger, but definitely not a Ritz. Fabulous!

Driving Range, Practice Bunker and Putting Green and the Pro Shop is just the start of your experience. You get a caddie and I think its the only place in Central Florida that offers that type of service. The cost to play is worth its weight in gold. The greens roll true. The layout is awesome. After you round, you can enjoy in royalty in the clubhouse. A must see. You wont be disappointed

I loved the spa, but I will have a hard time going back. I used a credit card one time there to buy a gift certificate, and that was about a year and a half ago. Since then, I have stopped using that credit card. I went back this month and somehow my credit card was charged for the amount of my services.

2 disappointments - first - asked for wakeup call and 15 minute callback on morning I had an appointment. Wakeup call came but not callback, so I missed my appointment.
