Surprise at check out.Overall its a good hotel with clean room, friendly staff, big refrigerator and small bath room. Check "Hot Tub" near reservation office. 3rd Perfect Beach VacationThis was our third week-long stay at Grande Shores. Our room was double-queen, sleeper couch and "Murphy bed". The galley style kitchen equipped with cookware,dishes and utensils, was perfect for the couple of meals we prepared. The bathroom was adequate for our family of 6. Plenty of HOT water,soaps, shampoo,towels and a hair dryer.

Grande is GrandeThe room was very clean. The next time, I will make sure I request a non-smoking room though. The smoke from the room next door came through the door because they were connected, but I was able to deal with it.OVERALL

Great location and friendly serviceMy wife and I have stayed 4 years in a row, and we are scheduled to be there again in August of 06. I have been impressed with the value and view. The location is fantastic. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip, but it is close enough to walk. Friendly staff all about, and the pools and hot tubs are awesome. My family can't wait to go backI am a travel agent and have stayed at the Grand Shores Resort twice with my family in late August over the past few years and we enjoyed our stay both times. The Staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean and the views spectacular.
The staff was always helpful anytime we asked for ideas on where to eat and what shows to go see. I have a wife and four children and we couldn't of asked for a better time.
