This place is great. Attracts a very international group of customers. Incredible pool. Nice restaurants. Outstanding staff. Beach is okay.

Just fantastic - but really suited more for famalies.

I stayed at the Hyatt for two weeks over x-mas. It's perfect for complete relaxation and if you're not seeking the night life and cheap girls. Friends of mine stayed at the mariott and though nice too, the Hyatt is in another league - it's way better! Mind you money shouldn't be an object, everything is expensive compared to prices in town, but in my mind it's justified.

My partner and I stayed here for 8 days. This is the most relaxing resort. You feel like you have had a weeks holiday in just 2 days. Staff were very friendly, food was superb and so many pools to choose from. The water slide was great fun and made us feel young again. The spa was a little hard to get into as it is always heavily booked.

Great facilities (pool and gym) with courteous and professional staff. Restaurants have overpriced food with average quality and service. You will get a better meal at a quarter of the price by going into town. Take care using the Hyatt shuttle to Bangkok---our driver nearly fell asleep at the wheel!
