i reserved and paid online almost 1 month in advance. when i arrived the the manager honored the reservation and asked me to pay again, due to a disagreement between them and the reservation company. i paid twice for 1 night in 1 room . i am told that the hotel recieved both payments and i am having a very difficult time getting rembursed for the extra payment i was forced to pay at the last minute after i had traveled so far.

The people at front desk were super helpful and nice... but the keys constantly stopped working, the free internet was not in wi-fi form... you had to use an ethernet cable, which the hotel did not provide- we had to go to, of all places, Walmart! to buy ours for our 6 day stay. and we were always low on towels, and it was hard to get them replaced.
If you're easy going... this place is good for the price... and the people are great!

The floor in my room was dirty, and the overall upkeep of was poor. Also, the desk told me I was getting a discount at $52.00. Later the sign out front said rooms were $45. I got a single room, and it was just me, so I should have had the lowest rate. They gave me a room near an exit door which opened and slammed loudly through much of the time I was trying to sleep.

I loved the place! Anything I needed the staff was quick to get it done for me. The staff was very friendly. Marie, Candice, and Melissa were all great. My room was clean perfect and it was just fantastic.
I didn't like that both of the times I've been here I have been charged for a double room when I've stayed in a single. The first time I was there the clerk upgraded my single to a hadicapped room free of charge. The next day when I looked at my reciept I noticed I was charged for a double.
