I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. The staff, friendliness, service, ambience and cleanliness the hotel is very well kept and managed a definete A+ on my book.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful! I wanted to check in one night but it was full, I was recommended to stay at a very nice Boutique hotel Nearby called Hotel Casa Naranja, more artistic and personalized colonial home, great breakfast and beds! I would have stayed in casa naranja more nights but im used to a being in Air ...

it was awesome, ive been there in December with my family during christmas.. The rooms were clean and very nice, you coulnt find a room like that here in San Diego because is more expensive... In general everything was great, beautiful fountains, the mall right next door was very nice and modern..... i give it a 5/5..

Well equipped hotel for business travel, nicely set up with all major services and a good executive floor. Restaurant and bar with a good menu and quality.

the service was excellent. the location was great and the rooms were fantastic. the views from the rooms were beautiful, and the hotel is close to everything in managua.

The hotel is the most expensive in Managua, and for the price I have had better service elsewhere. My room service took over an hour to arrive, a three minute call to the US was U$15 and they charge for everything. The hotel is too noisy since they have many social and political events. Rooms are good but small. It has a good location but the neighborhood is dangerous at night.

I LOVED IT ALL THERE. THERE WAS NOTHING THAT I DISLIKED ABOUT MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL. EVERYTHING THAT THE HOTEL PROVIDED WAS ALL WONDERFUL!
