We stayed at the Villa Ammende about four years ago. It is full of fantastic turn of the 19 century furniture ( the Estonian equivalent of Arts and Crafts). It was formerly a Soviet Rest Centre for the communist elite which was restored to its former glory. The food and service is excellent. We have never stayed somewhere as superb anywhere. It is ...
