My family stays here everytime we are in Mankato (5 times so far) and I would recommend it to anyone. You can't beat the price for the area. The staff is helpful, the beds are comfortable and the water is hot. The coffee isn't bad in the morning either. What else can you ask for?

Can't be beat for the price. Its a great value for your money. I'm used to staying in $70 to $100 dollar rooms. We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was upstairs had a lake view. Has clean, comfortable rooms with cable TV, Microwave, and Refrigerator. We barbecued on their grills outside. Free continental breakfast in the mornings. Very friendly front desk staff. I will definitely come back.
