Went in April 2007 with kids. Had a fabulous time. Fantastic beach and pool. Lots to entertain everyone and food was great (even if a little bland) typical of Cuba. Many restaurants and the staff were fantastic. We always tip so maybe that helps with the service.

We loved our stay at Paradisus Varadero- the service was phenomenal, the rooms were extremely comfortable, and the staff was very friendly! The evening shows were very entertaining, and the beach was undescribable!
