The check in was at 5 pm and I arrived to hotel at 2 pm. The staff are bad and they do not speak english well and they do not understand your request. The room was unclean, the bathroom was too old and broke. No enogh light in the bathroom. AC was hot, humid and no clear air. The cafe too bad, no good service and no body come to take your order. ...

I stayed at the Westin Jeddah Honestly the service was remarcable, excelent location and when i will be back i will defenetly stay at the westin jeddah.

in the contrary to other reviewers, which were written in 2005 and 2006. i was in the hotel on Nov 2008. Stay away from this hotel. I have never seen such bad service in 18 years of biz travel. Standard attitude for staff (front desk, house keeping, technical staff) is same...: We do not care about guests.
Moist room, not working AC, nobody cared ...

i have stayed in the westin jeddah last may,, and to be honest u can never get a better deal.. the rates are low the service great and the rooms and the view is awsome !!

The place is just amazing. Perfect service perfect location, and very friendly staff. I stayed there for 5 days and i wish i could stay even more.

I like most to stay at Westin Jeddah Hotel beacuse of its location along Corniche area with the tranquality of the sea as the backdrop. The rooms branded as "heavenly bed" is of great experince to sleep with great comfort. The Japanese restaurant on the 12th floor is superb to dine overlooking the city view and sea view.The service is excellent. I rate this hotel as a five star with all the comfort and smiling people to stay with.
