Front desk lost reservations but we were quickly accommodated. The rooms were a good size. John the bartender was friendly and made our drinks to order. Tom in the room service was also nice. The only negative was the stains on the rugs, and the bedding did not look too clean. Beds were so so.

The staff was polite, the rooms were bright and sunny, and the view was awesome, exactly what I would expect in a downtown hotel. We used the hotel as home base while we visited the areas local attractions. At night there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Will visit again.

i am currently staying at the jw marriott and i have been nothing but dissapointed. first we went on a suggested tour of the city which was drawn out and poorly run. i also tried to use the spa services "available" at the salon only to be told there was no one available for either of the days i was staying here. and when trying to ...

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are very nicely decorated. Had zero complaints. Entire staff were very helpful. I would stay again.

This is the best Marriott I have ever stay at. The staff, the food, and the quality of the room are EXCELLENT. I really liked the 42inch wall mounter plasma tv. The breakfast was prepared by quality staff. I plan making several return trips. Thanks Marriott.

It is a lovely hotel best for 1 night sleep overs if your travelling to another city in florida, it it pretty good value for the rate of one night in some places in florida u have to stay a 2 night min or they are booked up and have no vacancy.

It is clean tidy friendly atmosphere not noisy like some places, close to restuarants
