Stayed 4 nights and never had a bad experience. The rooms were great and the service was excellent. Will stay there again on our next trip to Muskegon.

We have stayed here 2 times and have been pleased both. Good location to many stores--nice little breakfast offered in the morning. We found our room to be clean, beds comfortable and the staff very nice. Wish the pool was open until 11pm instead of 10pm. We will book there again when we visit.

I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. There were bugs in the room, the tub was all scratched and needed to be replaced, and there was a hole in the wall.

We didn't swim in the pool due to time, but it was a beautiful pool and pool room with lots of windows. The breakfast had waffles which my kids loved!

The hotel was great and the location was close to malls and restaurants. The room was very clean and well maintained. Great complimentary breakfast to start the day. We went to Mich. Adventure Park and they had our tickets there ready at check in. Friendly staff, the only complaint is the heated pool was a little to cold for being heated. I told them at check out and they would look into it.

While we stayed at this hotel, the power went out around 12:30 am until 2:30 am. We had no flashlights or emergency lights in the room. There was no airconditioning since the power went out so the air became stagnant. We couldn't leave the room because the keys are electronic. We were very concerned. The staff at the Amerihost Inn is the most hospitable that I have ever interacted with. My wedding guests stayed at this hotel and were all delighted with the service. The building seems to be about ten years old, so it is a little older than the new hotels down the road, but it is clean and cozy and a far better deal ($ & service)! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to stay in Muskegon.
