  • Good room, bad neighbors

    This hotel was in a great spot for what we wanted to do. It was next to(with a little driving) shopping, resturants, and Mall of America. The rooms were adequate for the price we paid. The management worked with us when we had neighbor problems(upstair noise) for 2 nights in a row. We would stay here again.

    I just want to say my overall experience was wonderful. When we first got there the lady that checked us all in was kind of rude. But the next day when we left and what you did for us in our predicament was unforgetable. We were caught in Hurricane Wilma and we were not going to be there to pick up our vehicle when we were supposed to. We called ...
