It is located next to nothing, service was terrible, food was even worse, it was kind of clean but for what i paid i expected better

We made our reservations ahead of time online, for what we thought was our set price... but upon arrival the hotel tried to over-charge my credit card an additional $150 claiming it as "standard procedure for incidentals". There was no mention of this on their website, nor in the confirmation I received from them prior to our arrival. ...

What an experience! I love this hotel in charlotte. It was cozy, comfy and LUXURIOUS. The food was good, the pool was fun and I enjoyed myself much. I bought many gifts from the little shop inside and Im sure my friends will love them.

Service was terrible. Staff was rude, inconsistent and lazy. I have stayed there 6 times over the past year and would never stay again. I even contacted Marriott's Customer Care to talk to them about my very unpleasant experience.

THIS hotel was RELLY NICE!!!!!! I was very CLEAN and the SERVICE was nice!!!!! I would give this hotel a 5-star! The pool was nice and the HOLE hotel was GREAT!!!! i would stay there again!!!! AND the Service was VERY NICE!!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS GREAT!!!!

This is a great hotel. It is hidden which makes it very quiet. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are heaven on earth. Plush pillows and comforter. THE HOTEL WAS BEAUTIFUL!!!! THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS, IT HAD A MASSIVE BATHROOM THAT WAS VERY ELEGANT AND THE LAYOUT OF THE HOTEL IS GEORGOUS!!! I WILL BE SPENDING MY HONEYMOON NIGHT THERE!!!
