An excellent hotel,with wonderful sea views. Our room was lovely, very clean and well maintained. The restaurant also had the same great views, with good staff and good food, although not a huge menu choice.

Hotel location isn't the greatest, it's a hike to the center of town. But the views are spectacular. I had an ocean view room with oversized windows. The Ocean view rooms are absolutely wonderful! This hotel is located between Vina and the beach area. You can walk each way but a taxi may be required for some. I found the staff very friendly. The rooms on the street side are not as pleasing as the Ocean view rooms - get the Ocean view room. Food is great in the restaurant which also has a view. Looking forward to a return visit.

Spent several nights her in January of 2000. Everything was exceptional, from the pisco sours to the location. The views are nothing short of spectacular. you will be hard pressed to find a better value.

In all our years of travelling to many different cities and countries, the Hotel Oceanic was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Clean rooms with spectacular views, excellent service, superb restaurant with view of the ocean...one could not ask for anything more.
