Be very careful!This hotel looks much better on the website than in person. The rooms have not been remodeled in a very long time. Mold and mildew is everywhere. Most of our stay, only one elevator worked.
Staff is pleasant and helpful, but none of the suggestions are taken into consideration. Kids club is lame, although the activities staff try hard.

nice vacationwas our first time in Bahamas. Hotel staff very, very friendly. Food was very good and great variety. drinks were excellent. The little lagoon that they have there could be cleaned better. the rooms were ok, could be updated somewhat though...AC had only one mode HIGH...close to beaches and Atlantis.....All in all great trip3 of 3 Yahoo! Great resort for the price.Everything was clean and the service was very good. The food was good, nothing spectacular. For the price it was a great deal. Would recommend to anyone who just wants to sit by the pool and relax. Walking distance to Cabbage Beach and Atlantis which was great.3 of 3 Yahoo! Had a great timeI went June 08 and had a great time. I really enjoyed the food at the pool bar, the drinks were good and strong might i add, the staff was friendly, the beach was a short walk away. The very definition of sub-parWhile a decent buy for the price, this resort fails on all criteria. Showing a lack of friendly service and good amenities, I was counting the moments until I could leave. As a matter of fact, I had left after two days of pure unsatisfaction. Its Amazing (Great)I have to say that I was a little nervous at first, but was made to feel right at home when we checked in on June 8th. The staff was great, much props to the young lady and young man that was on duty that day, the kids camp staff, the service staff, restaurant staff and the food was great. the kids loved the pool and had a lot of fun.6 of 6 Yahoo! I don't know why people aren't liking this place!When I first read the reviews by some of the "travel snobs" on here, I got VERY scared seeins how I had already booked my reservation here and had no where else to stay. Great Place for the PriceI love this place; it had everything that you could want in an all inclusive resort. The food was while not spectacular was very good and there was always something on the buffet worth eating. Very pleased with our stay!!!Hotel is older but in generally good shape. The staff was EXCELLENT!!!! Make sure to get a room with a balcony, the view is always entertaining. We always found something we liked to eat on the buffet, we also ate at the fancy restaurant and were never disappointed. Not CleanThe pool and beach area is decent. The rooms are not clean with slippery tile floors from the mop water. The food is not great at the Buffet or the Restaurant. The all-inclusive nature is convenient, but there is little in the way of service. Tried to book an "excursion" in the "excursion shop" in the lobby but they could not do it.
