Loved every minute of my visit to Mpata, the views from both the rooms & the main areas are breath taking. Safaris are well organised, and the guides are extremely knowledgable, in fact all of the Mpata staff are extremly friendly & very helpful.

We did a three day trip as part of our honeymoon, and we have decided that we are definately going to return to Mpata, but this time for a full week.

we stayed at this lodge mid December. it was great! the views were spectaculor from the mountains. the rooms were always clean. all your requirements were met. the food was great.

Our driver Jerez explained every animal in detail and drove safely through dangerous and muddy areas.
It was a wonderful experience, i would recomend Mpata lodge to everyone!

we stayed here in 2001 and we intend to go back this year this was like heaven the meals were out of this world the staff were friendly the game drives were brilliant and our driver peter was sensational overall we stayed at 8 different game lodges in kenya and this was the best the rooms were luxurious with a warden coming round with hot water bottles during the night forget the hilton this is the place to be
