I like the fact they had a washer and dryer for us to use but even after renovations you still feel like you are gonna fall thru a hole walking down the second floor hall. I have stayed in better for way less. Not coming back

I was expecting not to like this hotel. But Boy was I surprised. The front desk people were so nice, and the breakfast lady was so helpful. The rooms were spotless and the free internet was unexpected. I travel alot and I have to say I will definitely be coming back here.

and it wasnt a suite so i dont know anything about the maroon jacuzzi...the orbitz reviewer seems to have stayed in the same type of room but i was happy to see they had smoking rooms because i am used to residence inn, there isnt much parking but the night entrances are convenient i locked myself out of my room twice because i was only given 1key ...

This is the worst Holidy Inn Express I have ever stayed in. I was put in a "jacuzzi suite" which is a big room with an enormous burgandy tub and mirrors all around. It felt like a hooker's room. I check to see if they had a normal bathtub, and they did...but the stopper didn't work. No bath for me. They didn't leave me a ...

I loved it all, it was nice,quiet,friendly staff, its like home away from home. Breakfast was great, everything was nice and fresh,coffee was always hot and ready. I would tell everyone to stay at this Holiday Inn Express in Pasadena.

This Holiday Inn Express was the best one I have stayed at. The staff was friendly and always ready to give a suggestion or directions. The rooms were immaculate and had all the neccesities I needed. the breakfast bar was a nice added extra and the wireless internet was great.Perfect for the business traveler. Definitely coming back soon.

The hotel was conveniently located to area eateries and shopping.Front Desk staff helped with reccomendations and directions.

Whenever my family and friends need a place to stay, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express. The staff is great and the rooms are wonderful!
