terrible place. they charged my credit card three times and have yet to correct the problem. our room was leaking the whole time and they did nothing about it. our stuff was ruined and they did nothing to move us to a new room or refund us for our trouble. the service is lazy and nonrespondant.

What a beautiful place. Would recommend this vacation to anyone. The food is also great. Baci, Coco Bistro, the list goes on. The beaches are the best.

Just got back from the Sands. Stayed in Unit 3103...supposed to be oceanfront but all we could see were bushes and the pool! Unit was old and not clean. Drains took forever to empty, screens on patio were ripped and held together with band aids. They took our towels and face cloths each day and didn't replace them . We had to call each day more ...

The resort was clean and the scale was perfect for that location. The beach is the most pristine of any beach I've ever been on.We were very comfortable in our two bedroom condo, which had a full kitchen and a huge screened porch with fantastic waterviews.The food at Hemingway's was very good with a range of choices to please everyone in our group.

Nearly everything was perfect. The rooms, the views, the weather, the food. Amazing. We tried to name something which was not perfect and all we could think of is that they serve only regular coffee and no cappuccino. A truly great destination!
