For $200 a night, this is one of the best deals in the DC area. Rooms are very spacious and the breakfast buffet is fabulous. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk to Georgetown and a 2-minute walk to the Rosslyn metro station. I highly recommend it. Note: It is cleaner than the Residence Inn in Dupont and seems to be better managed so if you are trying to decide between them, go with Rosslyn.

If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the DC area that is safe, clean, conveniently located, has a great staff, offers a complimentary breakfast buffet that should satisfy anyone, PLEASE don't overlook this gem! We just lucked into it and are so thankful we did.

We had a really good experience at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs, the rooms had a full kitchen which was perfect for making meals and the overall feel was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to the DC area.
