The location was OK. Close enough to Busch Gardens and shopping. Restaurants were within walking distance. I didn't like the fact that even though I arrived early and was told my reservations were all set they just needed to clean the rooms but, when I returned the 2 BR suite I reserved was not available. April 2007 - Service was terrible. The room was dirty when we checked in. Trash was full, dishes were in the dishwasher, crumbs in the microwave, used towel in the closet, bathroom mirrors were splashed and disgusting, hiar in shower and on bathroom floor. Building is old and need remodeled. Our air conditioning didn't work 3 out of 4 ...

We had booked three rooms for a week and here are the pros & cons:

Cons:
1) One of our "non-smoking" rooms smelled so bad of smoke that we complained and someone came to spray the rugs. This did nothing, I went out and had to buy plugins\deoderizer etc.

2) Twice during the week, 2 of our rooms didn't get made up.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. The pool needed a little attention but the rest of the stay was a great experience. The breakfast was awsome, the rooms were nice and roomy. The location was convienient as well. Definetly recommend this hotel to others.

Residence Inn is top-notch in all areas, the best hotel we have ever stayed in, by far. It is hard to find hotels that accomodate families and Residence Inn has 2-bedroom/2-bathroom suites with kitchens, dining areas and living rooms. It has the perfect amount of space so we aren't falling over each other and enough beds for our whole family. ...
