Close walking distance to CBS and Farmers market and short driving distance to walk of fame.
Room was clean, alittle old looking but very clean and in a safe, nice neiborghood directly across the street from CBS.

SERVICE was questionable....front desk person on private phone call during my morning request for an iron & board (suppose to be in rooms.. NOT) I had to wait for him to put the phone down and got the roll of the eyes. In the travel Guide It gave a Price of $54 and add $10 for weekend and with out reservations. Then on the web site it said $62 We got charged $100 per night. When I brought it to the clerks attention he gave all kinds of reasons why they wouldn't honor there prices. I am verry unhappy and will never stay there again.

the place is perfect! It's indeed a very good location. if you love shopping, its definitely near The Grove!a couple of coffeeshops nearby which is very convenient. the service is excellent. the room that i stayed in is very clean.

While the hotel may be in a "prime location" the staf is far from prime. The parking is horrid. The rooms have roaches, rats, and are otherwise decrepid.
