This was undoubtedly the filthiest hotel room I have ever encountered. I hardly know where to start...The room smelled of urine, the refrigerator freezer was caked with ice and the door was missing, The A.C. vent was also caked with dust and dirt. There were mattresses and box springs piled on top of each other in the parking lot (great view) The ...
I tried to book a reservation with this hotel by phone. The employee sounded either half asleep or half drunk(maybe both) at 12:00 noon. He priced my room at 90 dollars so I tried to use my employee discount since I work at a Wyndham hotel myself and this hotel is one of ours. Apparently, my employee voucher didn't mean jack****. He informed me ...
This hotel is anything but fun. We rented the a queen bed online. Upon arrival they gave us two different room keys, after we got the correct room the bed was actually unmade, the bathroom was nasty, the phone was covered with something sticky (we found that when trying to call the front desk). The bed was a full at best. When speaking with the ...

First of all, we had a reservation made in advance. When we arrived they had nothing in the computer telling we had a room on the 2nd floor and our relatives were to be next to us. The couch was so dirty, I had to cover it with towels just to sit on it. Also, the carpet was dirty and the towels had stains on them.
The reservations & check in were fine. The problem (which is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE) is the sheets were dirty, stained in the middle, & unchanged from the guests before us. I was brought clean sheets after midnight & made my own bed! Not even a partial refund was offered, & apology was given through an email. I have emailed this ...

Would not stay again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/05/08
The non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke, the bathroom smelled like a service station bathroom, the towels were stained and we made our own beds. The location was good however I would not stay here again unless nothing else was available.
I picked this hotel since they did not have any restrictions as to the size of they pets they allowed. I took two dogs and the Staff was very pleasant to deal with. There's not a lot of grassy areas for the dogs, but sufficient. It's not the newest or nicest hotel in PF, but their pet policy/fees make the price right and it's right near the Krystal's for those late night food runs!

A good stay.

We stayed here in February 2008, and both my husband and I agreed it was a great value for a comfortable room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the location was near everything we wanted to do. The check in was smooth and my only complaint about the entire stay was that I didn't receive my Microtel Pass points. We stayed 4 nights ...

It took us 3 hours to check in because the guy that was working didn't know what he was doing. I also was charged a different price than what I was being quoted over the phone when I made the reservations. I did get the price changed to what I was quoted. But I was only offered an apology for it taking 3 hours to check in, and if it hadn't ...
We especially liked that it was everything the web site showed it to be. It was very accepting of our dog making it comfortable for us and allowing us to be at ease both while we were there and while we went places. The kitchenette was very nice and accomodating. The only thing we felt could be improved on was the cleaning of our room while we were there. The vacuuming could have been better and the bathroom could have been better stocked.
