The Hyatt is truly a terific hotel with a"Western" atmosphere and many amenities. English speaking staff are helpful and accommodating. It is a very comfortable, very clean, and very safe hotel.

The only complaint i would make it i paid full price for only a few hours of pool, due to a wedding. it should have been por-rated due to limited use. other wise great stay, great service, good food.

Central Location, wonderfully friendly staff, all spoke excellent English. Nice bar, fair selection of cuban cigars & liqours. Nice pool & gift shop. Security seems very vigilent/good.

This is a new and very nice hotel, in the centre of Bishkek. Rooms are large, modern and clean; the bathrooms are extra-large and have walk-in shower and bath area.
