BEWARE OF THE FRONT DESK THEY ARE ROBBING AS IN DAYLIGHT!!!!MY WIFE ASKED ON THE 17 AUGUST TO CHECK OUT , ONE NIGHT BEFORE DEPARTURE. THE GIRL ONTHE FRONT DESK ASKED HER FOR 32 CONVERTIBLE PESSOS, MY WIFE PAID BUT THE GIRL DIDNT GAVE HER A REICEIPT, WHEN I WENT TO ASK FOR IT SHE SAID THAT SHE COULDNT GIVE AS ONE BECAUSE SHE DIDNT CLOSE THE BILL. Hotel ratingPoor service, it's just like anything else in cuba, but i guess the folks there don't realise that one is paying a lot of money to be there, i have travelled quite extensively and i have seen much better, hope that if cuba wants to boost it' stourism it should definitely get some sort of professional training for those in the tourism fieldYou did not find this review helpful.13 of 19 Yahoo!
