HHonors gold member staying in many Hiltons and this is well worth it. Great location and staff. CLEAN PLACE since the just renovated.

Room was nice & amenities were good. But the woman at the front desk was inefficient & gave us a room on the second floor which did not open with the key! (Looked like there was already someone in that room.) When I went back to have it corrected, she did not even bother to apologise and after unsuccessfully trying to reprogram the keys, ...

Good and Bad.

Good - The breakfast and the employee that was on staff during the first weekend of the Balloon Festival 2006, was very polite and accomodating. He gets an A+.

Bad -

1. Room walls are thin. You can hear the t.v. in the next room.

2. Don't bother asking for specifics, like top floor - away from the elevator, ...
