Our stay was great. Our room was very nice and cozy. The Hotel was very clean. I don't know why there are other bad reviews. We had a very enjoyable time. I think they must have remodeled the Hotel since these other reviews were made. The staff was very nice and pleasant to deal with. This would be a great place for families and couples who are on a budget to stay! Its close to lots of shopping and grocery stores.

I had a non-smoking room. I could smell smoke in my room the entire two day stay. Asked for another room. No help. The second day my room received no maid service. Had to call the desk for clean towels.

Although the price was afordable the cleanliness was very poor. For a mere $15.00 more I wished I had stayed at LaQunita in Orem.
