We just got back from a weeks stay and plan to return in September. The staff was kind and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and kept up very well. The pool is one of the reasons we like to stay at this resort. The location of the resort works well since it close to the freeway.

The Sheraton Desert Oasis is not a five star resort like the Marriott Canyon Villas or the Westin at Troon. You don't pay five star rates and you don't get five star ammenities i.e you get what you pay for. We just returned from a WONDERFUL week. Both my children, 6 and 3, had a super week. Lots of activities for all ages, wonderful pool, and very clean room and grounds. We stayed in a One Bedroom. The kids slept on the pull out bed, which was perfect for their size. The staff was wonderful. Highly recommend. We plan on returning.
