We've enjoyed dinner at the Beehive a few times so far. Its a local restauarant situated in downtown Abilene; one of the very few fine dining experiences available in this dismal own. The food is tasty and approprietly priced.

The Beehive is somewhere to go for a special occassion. The steaks are expensive, but they are sure worth it. If you don't have a fortune to spend on a steak, the shrimp and chicken fried steak are equally as pleasing and easier on your pocket. I would definately recommend the Beehive.

food is good but man is it pricey. if i'm going to be spending this much money for dinner, i expect a lot more food or something special and different that i couldn't get somewhere else for much cheaper. the food gets 5 stars, but the high prices and slow service bump the overall down to 4.
