the room smelled like smoke. lights on the desk were broken. there was mold in the bathroom. lighting was poor. needed better soundproofingand better cleaning. burn holes in the carpet. toilet was clogged. i wouldn't stay here again.

People at the front desk, don't know how to say Hello to the customers except for one middle aged man in the early morning said good morning. The entire staff should get some serious training. People are not polite.

My wife and I had our belated reception there on 4/21/07 and it was horrible. We still had a fun time but there were some major issues. The first issue was all the kids did not get salads.
