We booked this hotel as a last minute beach getaway for our family with kids under 7 and it was fantastic from start to finish. All rooms have an oceanfront view, beach is gorgeous, you can rent umbrellas and chairs, it's not too crowded, lovely pools, friendly staff - really a very lovely getaway. I stay here a few time a year and there are several reasons why I keep coming back.
1) The staff are very friendly and helpful.
2) Everything in the hotel works and looks great.
3) If I need anything the front desk (Dawn) helps out in a second.
4) The sales rep. (Jenny) is very easy to work with on my trip arrangments.
5) Great location.

We loved the room. We were right on the boardwalk and could get to things quickly and not have to get in the car. The view was gorgeous. We were on the 9th floor and could see dolphins in the water. Nice for a high traffic hotel. Littel rough for money paid but the view was worth it. Had to do laundry and they gave us free soap. Service at restaurant was very slow, hoping it was just a bad shift that night.

I loved every part of it! The service was great. They met your every need. I am only 11 but i can tell you that it was better than the Bahamas

This is a amazing hotel me and my family stay there every summer for 5 years we love it and we always expand our vacation becuase it is so fun you will never be bored

The staff here is wonderful. They were there to meet every need with a smile on their face and just a wonderful attitude. I will continue to visit this establishment. It was a great weekend.

What we disliked was the service and food, staff and your elevators need to be fixed for emergencies. You need to make familys more happier when they stay here overall our stay was not hgow we wanted it to be.

i loved our suite. We had a really good time. When we go back we will definetly stay there. The kitchenette was the best!!! We were on the nineth floor so we were really high up for the balcony....it was so much fun. The whirl pool looked like green yellow stuff and we were not goin in that thing!!!!
