Awesome StayThe rooms were very clean. The lobby was beautifull.
Staff was nice. I had absolutely no problems with the stay.
It would have been nice to have room service, but you can order food from the kitchen in the lobby. I just didnt want to drag my kids down there/

EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I thorougly enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt! The hotel was awesome. The ladies at the front desk were so courteous and helpful.

Hyatt Remodel ExcellentGood location plus the Hyatt remodel make this an excellent hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious though the remodel stopped short of the bathroom but its still not bad. Love the plasma TV but would be better with more channels to choose from. Can't wait until lobby is done!OVERALL

A very nice hotelThis hotel is very beautiful. A little pricier than normal but we chalked it up to the area. The night staff are friendly and willing to help with directions.

Never AgainThis hotel was a disater from check in to check out. At check in I had to repeat myself over and over again because the assistant could barely speak English. She could also hardly understand me it seemed. Got to the room and no cups for a drink. Gorgeous RoomsThis is not the same Amerisuites as a few month ago. They have renovated and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. 42" wide flat screen HDTV, the most comfortable bed with plush bedding covers and pillows, marble countertop in the bathroom and a lovely living area with very plush and comfortable furniture. It was an Okay stay.Amerisuites is a well known Hotel, I was a little diappointed with the room. refridge was not cool enough to keep anything cold, the bathroom was not inspected before our stay, it needs a good solid cleaning, especially around the tile area. Other than these few little infractions, the stay was Okay. Staff was very kind, housekeeping was on the ball while we were there. Overall, a great stay. Thank YouOVERALL

Terrible, no prioritiesClaen crew was louded, complaining about this or that. Front desk exagerated simply requests as being "too insistent", room were over book, I never understand how can anything over sold!! simply math. Used Condom WrapperWhen we arrived we noticed that the room smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room. When my wife pulled the sheets down she found a used condom wrapper. When she went to the front desk to complain she was told to clean the room herself. After a long drawn out discussion we were moved to another room. North Carolina TripI had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I felt like I had all the comfort of home.
The service was also great! I really didn't plan an agenda since I was only in town for a few nights the hotel staff was very nice in helping me find activites.
