I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel! The friendliness and politeness of the people working there was amazing. It's very well kept as well. When I'm back in Pune I will definetely stay here again.

The staff at this hotel were remarkably helpful, anticipating my needs from all directions. From housekeeping, front desk, bellman, lobby lounge, fitness center, and restaurant staff, this hotel provided one of the best customer service offerings of any hotel in which I've stayed. Plus, the facility itself is maintained constantly!
