You should place adults at the front desk instead of barbie dolls, or kids that never give the right information out, or know how to handle a guest with prompt and friendly service....

Room was not as advertized(full falls view). Very vague and deceptive. Parking is $20 a day. Dollars value is much less than the actual value.
