Very nice hotel. Rooms have amazing views over Hanoi. Service was really good especially the spanish employees who seemed to be more familiar with the needs of western tourists. Oh, and the seafood restaurant is a MUST!

One of the best hotels in HN

The hotel wasn't as central to the Old Quarter, it was a bit of a walk. I just stayed in there in December-2005. It's very impersonal and just another big hotel. My room was OK, room service was very good. We did enjoy the buffet breakfast, the choice was fantastic. Bread and butter pudding with custard at the buffet and proceeded to have it every morning. Tt was the best I has ever tasted !!!!!
Hanoi offers a variety of hotels in every price category, this one is in the high range and offers good facilities. Their staff efficient, the food is excellent - especially the buffet.
When my big friend is Phu' Quang composer make wedding for his daughter, I came Melia Houtel to congratulate him. This is place where look nice. I and my friend was here in the space of two hour. At the end of party we come on on the floor's building and see around Ha Noi. Everynight, Ha Noi as stars are twinkling in the sky. Because, the electric light radiates light all over the city. Ha Noi is wonderful land
