Don't Go There!I've been in some grungy motels, but this one takes the cake. In the 2 nights we stayed the carpets in the halls were never vacuumed (the same clumps of Monticello's red sand never moved, on the stairs and in the halls), and yet for some reason the place reeked of Lysol. Stay AwayI wasn't expecting anything fancy. This is a Rodeway Inn after all. But the place was a mess. They have a retaining wall that's fallen apart and they haven't bothered to fix. Heck, they hadn't bothered to clean things up. It's one thing for the wall to fail but the least they could do is clean the mess up every now and ...2 of 2 Yahoo! Good Value, Good Price$40 for a bed and continental breakfast. Of our 10 nights this is the only hotel with fruit at the breakfast counter. Very helpful family staff. Internet access and in room coffee, fridge, Microwave!!
