This was the best place that I have stayed at the beds were soft and the staff was wonderful. I will go back

We stayed there on a Fri. night in March of '08. The hotel smelled of brand-new carpet in the lobby and all hallways and our room on the 4th floor had new carpet also. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about the staff. Would definitely stay her again. Only problem was that my room had two big air conditioning units outside.

Very nice, clean, quiet room. The people working at the hotel were very nice. I would stay at this hotel again if I were to go back to Jefferson City.

they went above and beyond the call of duty. they were so friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delious. fresh chocolate chip cookies on the counter when i checked in. they had a memory book for my daughter, and everything i forgot at home. it was just a great experence. I cant wait to go back.

The new beds are great. The staff was respectful and courteous. Nice pool, very nice exercise equipment. Loved the HSIA.

this is just like a million other of these newer chain hotels, except for the lack of service...having to wait up to 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk is nothing unusual. overall very average
