the hotel was in a great location. it was our first time in New York( my sisters and I) and the staff was very helpful, and the rooms were clean and we stayed in the heart of time square. can't wait to go back this year.

Centrally located. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. You can't beat the breakfast buffet. If you go during the holidays, go to breakfast early so you don't have to wait. My partner and I found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful with city information. We would definitely stay there again.

Never visited New York but what an experience. Staying here made it that much more enjoyable because I was in walking distance to the heart of the city. Times Square, Grand Central, Empire State, and all the other attractions. The staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Subway system was easy to use and most lines connected in Times Square. Definitely would love to make another trip back.

I visited this hotel last year and just reserved a 5 day stay for next month. The staff is exceptional. Anything for the customer... that's their motto. Plus, I have two dogs and they are able to stay too and for FREE!!! Imagine the amount of money I saved by not having to kennel them. The walk to times square is less than 4 min. Talk about convienient. This is the place to stay.

I loved the fact that the service was top notch. I felt like a prince and my wife a queen--from the front desk, to the bell hops, to the cafe. I really can't say anything that I did not like the service was GREAT, the check in was very quick and convienent, the room was extremely clean and welcoming, the staff was extremely helpful and very courteous. Overall the entire stay was explicit!
