A poor hotel which should never be rated at 4*. Lights not working in stairwell that took 4 days to repair. Very isolated if you do not have a car. Food very bland although edible. Waiter service abysmal. Pool area was good although it suffered from the moronic peolpe who put towels on loungers before breakfast and didn't appear till late ...

Pros: Staff was very friendly; room was quite clean; right along the beach and directly adjacent to some other hotels along Les Cotes de Carthage, including the Renaissance and the Residence (so bottom line, if you are just going to a nice beach retreat (the beach is unfortunately rather dirty... they really need to clean it better), pool, good ...
