2. T.V. would not work, until maintance smacked it around

The location is great (downtown Tallahassee), but that was the only positive thing I can say. The room was filthy. The closet had dried mud all over the bottom, and the bathroom looked as though it had not been cleaned in quite a while. Also, the front dest staff was very impersonal.

For me, on this trip, the location was key and that's why I chose this hotel. I'm not sure whether I'd stay there again.

The common areas are nice; the guest rooms are a little "tired", needing upgrades and maintenance and deep cleaning. It's also very noisy due to design.

One absolutely gross detail--a "stained" quilted bedspread on the bed. Disgusting!!!

Great Location close to the Capitol easy walking distance, Great views form each room, Good food and the service was great.
