The rooms are very comfortable for a family of 6 and reasonably priced. The breakfast is awesome. You really can't miss if you are on a tight budget.

The guy at the desk was crosseyed and wouldnt help us at all with the bags even though my grampie had heart problems. The room was really clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. I liked the pool and workout room.

For the money and location, great buy. I would definitely stay again. There was some construction going on while I was there in April 2006 but that seemed to be almost complete. Everything is fairly new and nice.

It was clean, fairly quiet and a nice place to stay. The girl at the front desk could have been more helpful by telling us how to get to our room and about when breakfast is etc. We didn't have any packet in our room to tell about the area like most places, but overall it was a nice suite, with frig and microwave which was great to have. Will go back again.

We have had our Annual Cousin Weekend here for the last 5 years. Everyone is so nice and Friendly. The rooms are very clean and they will try and accomodate you any way they can. I always suggest to everyone to stay here if you are in Portland, Me. Also the continental breakfast is very good and there is plenty of it. We will be there in May again this year....

A suite sounded great with the kids. The silverware was dirty, as were some of the glasses. We asked for pillows for the pull out and got these terrible pillows that were all bunched like a bag of rags, unsleepable. The pull out had a dirty towel in it, still not sure if the linens were cleaned. Told front desk and they could have cared less. Movies were advertised at $3.00 off, though they did not take it off at the desk.
