The hotel was perfectly located next to Terminal 1 with only a several minute walk (under cover) to the check in desk. The hotel staff were efficient and obliging. In july we are coming back because we have a holiday booked to go abroad! Last time , we found the location very good due to the view over the airport. The room was a bit noisy but capable and the swimming facitilties were brilliant.

service, staff attitude and tidiness were all poor. I was dissapointed to find this considering the price i paid. The cost of the parking i suppose was average, and the location was good. The staff need a lession in customer service, especially the lady on the phone at reception!
